Dr. Beverlee J. McClure is the Vice President of Cultural and Community Engagement at Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. Prior to this position, Dr. McClure was the president and CEO of the New Mexico Association of Commerce and Industry (ACI). In this capacity, Dr. McClure worked to facilitate positive change in the laws and regulations that govern business and industry. Dr. McClure previously served as New Mexico’s first cabinet secretary of higher education, and as the president of Clovis Community College. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of Texas, Austin. Dr. McClure is the Chair of the board for YES Housing, a non-profit that creates affordable workforce housing. She has also served on the New Mexico Early Childhood Development Partnership Advisory Council, New Mexico Community Capital Board, and is a member of the International Women’s Forum.
