Program Details
The San Juan Regional Loan Fund (formerly Telluride Regional Loan Fund) was designed with entrepreneurs in mind. We help you obtain financing for your early stage/start-up business through low-interest loans. The San Juan Regional Loan Fund is designed to help rural start-up companies get off the ground or scale their operations. It is a $2 million operating working capital loan fund that supports rural business start-up, growth, and job creation and retention in southwest Colorado.
The SJRLF is a joint initiative launched by Telluride Foundation and First Southwest Community Fund, with support from Zoma Foundation.

Who can apply?
Any for-profit business (less than five years old) located in Dolores, Montrose, Ouray, San Juan or San Miguel county.
How much money can I apply for?
$25,000 to $100,000
What can I use the money for?
Working capital expenses otherwise known as short-term expenses (utilities, rent, inventory, marketing, etc.) or equipment purchase.
