Yani started her journey as a local bank teller, eventually landing a position as a loan assistant in commercial lending at First Southwest Bank in 2019. She made the move to First Southwest Community Fund in 2021 as an entrepreneur success coordinator.
In her new role she will support the capital needs of FSWCF customers across all stages of FSWCF’s programming. She will interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans and support customers in identifying the appropriate capital amounts and programs for their business needs and more.
Throughout her career, Yani has worked diligently to better serve the communities and businesses of rural Colorado. Congratulations on your well deserved promotion Yani!
