First Southwest Community Fund is excited to announce our search for a strategic planning facilitator to guide us in shaping our organization’s future!
We are seeking submissions from experienced professionals to lead our board and leadership team through a comprehensive strategic planning process that will guide our approach for the next three years.
The selected facilitator will play a crucial role in assessing our current position, working alongside the team to develop a clear vision, establishing concrete goals, and creating an actionable implementation plan. This process will help us continue to provide inclusive and equitable access to capital for rural Colorado entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Responsibilities of the facilitator include:
– Conducting pre-planning activities and stakeholder interviews
– Facilitating 2-3 strategic planning sessions
– Guiding discussions on mission, vision, goals, and strategies
– Compiling a comprehensive strategic plan document
– Providing guidance on implementation and monitoring
If you or someone you know is an individual passionate about empowering communities and are a great facilitator, you should submit a proposal by November 18, 2024. The project is set to kick off in December 2024, with the final plan presentation expected in March 2025.
