Dunes Experiences purchased a 320-acre property next to the Great Sand Dunes National Park offering camping next to the highly popular park to create Southern Colorado’s Premier Adventure Retreat. In addition to camping, they will construct a 24-bed private residence that can be used for private groups, corporate events, and specialty retreats and will be fully off-grid. The business owners approached FSWCF about financing for working capital so they could make improvements before opening.
