In Part 1, we equipped you with techniques to strategically price your services, enabling you to charge confidently and communicate the value to your clients effectively. You left with new knowledge on how to establish consistent pricing to create a strong foundation for your business success!
In Part 2, we’ll guide you through crafting an effective budget, understanding your expenses and revenue, and how to use your budget and pricing to plan for the future. A key part of this workshop will focus on how to “play” with your numbers to see how changes in one area of your business will affect your long term goals.
Attending both sessions will provide you with the most comprehensive understanding of your budgeting and pricing. However, if you can only attend Part 2, we recommend coming prepared with your financial documents from the last year, and a clear understanding of how you set prices in your business.
